Exiger Retained by DraftKings to Review Financial, Operational, Compliance, and Risk Controls

We are excited to share that DraftKings has retained Exiger to conduct a review of all aspects of its financial, operational, compliance and risk controls, and to help develop best practices for safety and consumer protection in the fantasy sports industry. Exiger’s Roy Pollitt, a former FBI special agent, will lead the engagement. At the FBI, Pollitt was, among other things, the lead case agent in the US government’s seven-year investigation into the online gaming industry, culminating in the prosecution of Full Tilt, PokersStars.com and Absolute Poker.
