With a proven track record in driving value creation programs, Derek has excelled in supply chain optimization, digital transformation, and enterprise strategy across the Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, and Industrial sectors. Prior to joining Exiger, he held a key leadership role at one of the world’s top Aerospace and Defense manufacturing companies, responsible for overseeing the supply chain strategy for metallic materials and components totaling $7B in spend across a global manufacturing network of over 3,000 suppliers.

Throughout his career, Derek has spearheaded pivotal supply chain transformations aimed at cost reduction, supply base rationalization, and n-tier material orchestration. These initiatives have consistently delivered improved operational performance, enhanced security of supply, and increased resilience across the supply base.
