Isaac “Ike” Harris is Vice President of Government Strategy, where he directs the integration of Exiger’s strategy to deliver its state-of-the-art supply chain risk management technology to U.S. government customers.  Ike is a leading expert in technology competition and policy. He has over two decades’ of experience as a Navy officer serving across Washington D.C. in the Pentagon, the Interagency, and Congress. In his most recent role, he served as an advisor to the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy on matters relating to China and technology competition. Specific areas include CFIUS review, export controls, innovation, investment review, and coordination of DoD technology competition activities. His final operational tour as a Surface Warfare Officer was as the Commanding Officer of USS RAMAGE (DDG-61), home ported in Norfolk, VA, deploying to Europe and the Middle East.
